1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the United States, including all U.S. states.

2. How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

3. What shipping options do you offer?

We offer two shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days — USD 9.99
Express Shipping: 5–7 business days — USD 19.99

Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over USD 69.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you need help checking your order status, please contact us at support@yckit.com with your order number.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

6. What should I do if my package is delayed?

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unexpected issues.

If your package appears delayed, please contact us at support@yckit.com with your order number, and we’ll help check the status.

7. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy starting from the day you receive your item.

To be eligible, items must be complete, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, accessories, and gifts if applicable.

8. How do I start a return or exchange?

To start a return or exchange, please email us at support@yckit.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

If the item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, please include clear photos or videos so we can review your request faster.

9. Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to a quality issue, damaged item, missing parts, or wrong item received, we will provide assistance and may offer a free return label.

For personal reasons, such as change of mind or ordering the wrong item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

10. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us at support@yckit.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos or videos of the issue.

Once we review and confirm the problem, we will help arrange a replacement, exchange, return, or refund according to our policy.
