Refund policy

We want you to love every purchase from Yckit. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help! We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy starting from the day you receive your items.

 When You Can Return or Exchange

  • Quality issues, damaged/missing parts, or wrong items received: Free return label provided.
  • Other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong order): Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Special offer items: Non-quality returns or exchanges are not supported.

 How to Start

  1. Contact us at support@yckit.com with your order number and photos/videos if needed.
  2. Our team will review your request within 24 hours.

If approved:

  • Return label: Sent within 2 business days.
  • Return timeframe: Ship your item back within 7 days using the original packaging.
  • Exchanges: New tracking number emailed within 2 business days.

⚠️ Please do not send items back without our label. If you have already shipped, email us your tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages otherwise.

 Important Notes

  • Items must be complete, unwashed, undamaged, and resale-ready, including all accessories and gifts.
  • All returns must be approved in advance. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
  • Special offer items are not eligible for returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons.

 Refunds

  • Quality issues, damaged items, or wrong items: Full refund provided.
  • Missing parts: Free replacement or free return/exchange.
  • Returns for personal reasons: Shipping cost will be deducted from the refund; gifts not returned will also be deducted.
  • Processing time: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
