Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Area

We currently ship only within the United States, including all U.S. states.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over USD 69.

Order Changes

Please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipping address, shipping method, or order details.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

After 24 hours, your order may already be processed and may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any actual shipping costs or related fees may be deducted from the refund.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can use the tracking information provided in your email to check your delivery status.
